We are experiencing some water issues up at the tower. Customers might not have pressure until this Arctic cold front is gone. We are working on getting it repaired. However, it might not be fixable until temperatures are above freezing. Please continue to leave faucets dripping, and notify us of water leak. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
A crew will be coming out tomorrrow to asses the water system and get us back up and running. We will be issuing a boil water notice and will let y’all know when it is lifted.
Customers should have some water coming in to their house. We will be making a permanent repair tomorrow 01.18.24. Check our blog post for more info and emails!
Now that water is back on and building pressure, please check inside and outside of your homes for leaks! The tanks are filling up, which takes a bit of time, and water leaks will drain it faster than it will be able to fill!
Temperatures will be dropping below freezing again tonight. Please remember to drip faucets and protect your pipes. In the event of a pipe break, you must turn off water at your meter. Our system is still catching up from the water loss of the past week. Thanks!
We have an unplanned water breakage on the line that supplies water to the west side (Even numbered homes) on Rebecca. We are working on getting a crew out here to repair the water line. We will update the affected customers as soon as we know when our plumbers can make it out here. We are sorry for this inconvenience!
We will be having to do a large water repair on the system 08/16/24. We believe to have a 6" main line break near the water tower. This repair is expected to take most of the day on Friday.
We will send out email updates and texts as we learn more information and estimated times of completion.
