Community Happenings

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a long time resident, Mr. Robert Hughes. Robert lived in our community for the majority of his life. He passed away on March 21, 2023 in a kerrville hospital. He was always so kind and offered to help in any way he could. Robert loved his dogs, Peanut, Crazy Girl, and Tippy. We were able to find a new home for Tippy with a lovely family who has a ranch where he can roam. Peanut and Crazy girl needed special attention, and were placed in medical foster care for senior dogs.

We would like to welcome Ms. Arlene, Mr. & Mrs. Wheeler, Donnie, Mr. & Mrs. Streckfus, Bob Barton, Ms. Rios, and Ms. Rojas to our community! We are so happy y'all chose our community as your new home!

With the new roads installed, we will be trying to figure out how we can raise everyone's driveways so the cars don't chip the edges of the roads away. We do anticipate for Blair Lane to be repaved, we are unsure of the timeline. Now that the roads are in, we have several complaints regarding speeding cars. PLEASE SLOW DOWN. Speeding in the park will not be tolerated.

We hope everyone has a wonderful school year! Please be mindful of children outside playing in the afternoon. Children are not allowed to play up by the mailboxes or around/behind the water tower.
